Local Company Opens Carpet Recycling Facility, Removes Burden from Local Landfills

The Strahm Group is proud to announce that we now provide carpet recycling to the Northeast Indiana market. A member of the Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE), Strahm Group will reclaim carpet of any type. As part of an expert reclamation network, Strahm Group will certify and document that carpet reclaimed by our facility will not go to a landfill.

Our one stop carpet recycling facility, located at 4334 Ardmore Ave., will eliminate the challenges of environmentally responsible carpet disposal. We are proud to add this service to our already expansive green building options to help Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana build, remodel and maintain environmentally friendly buildings.

Strahm provides comprehensive quotations for the cost of recycling the carpet in your home or office. As part of your recycling experience, Strahm Group can provide the documentation certifying that your carpet is properly recycled.

Our carpet reclamation services are compliant with today’s leading green building rating systems. Our services can include a simple carpet drop off by our customers or a comprehensive removal and replacement by our skilled technicians. In addition, Strahm Group can arrange transportation to our reclamation center.

If you are a building owner, facility manager or homeowner and are interested in an environmentally friendly alternative to putting your carpet in a landfill, please give Strahm Group a call at 260-489-2537.
