Strahm S3 is your single source for all architectural and engineering design services. Consolidation of these services will allow for tight control of costs through budget driven design, engineering and finish selections.
Pre-Construction Services
Strahm S3 provides detailed cost budgeting, schedule development, value engineering, engineering review, architectural review and work scope development.
Construction Services
- Owner’s representative - Strahm S3 will facilitate in the hiring of an architect and contractors. As an active part of the design team, we will participate in developing the work scope, contracting, project execution and post construction inspection.
- Lump Sum Contracts - Hired as a Prime contractor Strahm S3 will perform or contract the work necessary to complete an agreed upon scope of work.
- Cost Plus Fee - Strahm S3 will offer construction services to property managers and owners in an open format allowing the owner to enjoy any savings that may be available from a well run, well executed project plan.
- Project Management - As part of the construction services provided Strahm S3 will provide project management services. These services will include milestone schedule dates, lean project scheduling, engineering review and architectural review.
